Wedding Receptions & Discos

First and foremost we would like to congratulate you on your engagement and forthcoming wedding. We have had our own experience of marriage, and accordingly we fully appreciate that your wedding day is the most important day of your life and obtaining a professional and reliable disco can make or break your day.

Consequently, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you before your special day to discuss your requirements, thus enabling us to ensure that you get the entertainment you want and your are completely happy with your planned entertainment. It is during our pre-wedding meeting that you are able to choose your first and/or second dance of the evening, select music genres, choose special requests and decide on lighting to create the right atmosphere for every aspect of your wedding day. Whether you require background music so that everyone can chat, or full on clubbing music so that everyone can get up and enjoy themselves, we can provide it for you. Whatever your wishes are for your special day, Beat-n-Bop aim to listen and deliver!

Afternoon Reception & Evening event

Having finalised details for your big day through the use of our free ‘pre-wedding day service’, we will put our agreed plan of action in motion! All you will need to do is sit back and relax in the knowledge that it has already been taken care of!!

We will set up and sound check our equipment prior to your guest’s arrival for their welcome drinks. Appropriate background music will be provided during your meal and a PA system will be available for all your speeches. This will be followed by your evening entertainment hosted by your allocated DJ/DJ’s.

Evening Disco

We will arrive approximately 1½ hours before your evening entertainment is due to start and will set up and sound check our equipment. When you are ready to take to the dance floor, soft lighting and confetti cannons will enhance the moment by creating a romantic atmosphere for your first dance as a married couple, thus setting the scene for the opportunity to obtain some perfect photographs! This will be followed by your evening entertainment hosted by your allocated disco dj / dj’s.
